Returns & Exchange Policy
FOR FULL-PRICE ITEMS:
Items returned for refund/exchange must be within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since shipping your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items returned for refund/exchange must be in unworn, unwashed, original condition and suitable for re-sale and may incur return shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items returned for exchange must be in unworn, unwashed, original condition and suitable for resale and will incur return shipping fees.
Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and original packaging attached and must include proof of purchase. Items must not be worn, altered or laundered.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us prior to initiating a return: yogalab.nz@gmail.com and include the reason, plus, for faulty items, a photograph of the fault will be required prior to the return to enable us to check the extent of the damage or fault.
If your return is authorised, please ensure you include your name on or in the package when returning a product to us, and let us know you are sending something back so that we can expect it.
Please note:
If you do not like the colour of a product this is not considered a fault. (Our website is as colour correct as we can possibly get it. All devices and monitors show colours differently. Even internet browsers have colour variation).
It does not apply If you purchased the wrong product. Our website provides information to help you make the right product selection.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
EXCEPTIONS:
Please note, there will be no returns accepted on underwear, swimwear or socks. Please contact us if you have any questions before you buy.
PRODUCTS OF LEAD TIME:
Please keep in mind that all products of lead time are custom-to-order, just for you, and thus final sale. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If the products of lead time have quality issues, we can exchange them for you. Items returned for exchange must be within 14 days.
SALE/OUTLET ITEMS:
All purchases bought at below full price are not eligible for refunds. This includes items sold at an outlet, or on sale. We will happily exchange for a different size or style (no credit notes issued). Items returned for exchange must be in unworn, unwashed, original condition and suitable for resale and will incur return shipping fees.

YOGA SESSION CARDS OR PASSES:
All yoga session cards or passes are non-refundable. Your credit balance cannot be redeemed in cash or used to purchase other merchandise.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If you are approved, then your exchange or refund will be processed.
For exchanges, we endeavour to ship your replacement product within 2-3 business days of your request being approved.
For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days of your request being approved.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS SHIPPING:
For faulty products, we cover the freight cost of getting the product back to us and send you a replacement if you do not want a refund. We'll arrange for a courier to collect the faulty product from you unless you live in a rural location, and then it will be up to you to arrange the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund along with any payment processing fees.
